Mortgage and Real Estate Transfer reports are available on a monthly and yearly basis. These reports link document recordings to both the current assessment role and to parcels to be added to the subsequent year assessment role. Reports are delivered in Microsoft Excel 2000 format. The data contained in each report is listed below. Custom document / assessment reports are available, contact the Land Information Office with your special needs.
Monthly Mortgage and Real Estate Transfer Reports cost $50 if delivered via email or copied to CD and picked up. CD's mailed will cost $60. One time yearly and/or multiple monthly reports cost $60. Custom report costs vary based on the type of report requested. A firm quote will be provided prior to report generation. You will be invoiced upon delivery or payment may be made in person at the address below. Please provide a name and address for invoicing.
