Monthly Fees are determined by:
- Apartment Style - One Bedroom or Two Bedroom
- Service Level Required - Level I, II or III
- Applicability of Double Occupancy Fee
Levels of Service
Level I
All Lasata Crossings Basic Services and Amenities as well as:
- 3 meals per day served in the dining area
- Weekly housekeeping and Linen Service
- Weekly assistance with showering or a Whirlpool Spa Bath
- Health monitoring by a Registered Nurse
Level II
All Lasata Crossings Basic Services and amenities, including all additional services provided by Level I and:
- Medication Administration
* Please note: All medications are administered by trained caregivers under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Level III
All Lasata Crossings Basic Services and amenities, including all additional services listed in Level I, Level II and (services not to exceed 28 hours of care per week):
- Minimum~Moderate assistance with dressing, grooming and bathing
- Minimum~Moderate assistance with ambulation (maximum 1 to assist)
- Minimum~Moderate assistance with toileting and personal hygiene (maximum 1 to assist)
- Minimum~Moderate assistance with ostomy/incontinence management
