$1,491 per month
Unt B: 1 Bedroom, 1+ Bathroom
$1,647 per month
Unit C: 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom
$1,833 per month
Unit D: Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom
$2,061 per month
Monthly fees include rent, heat, water/sewer, cable TV, Wi-Fi and 16 meals per month. A refundable Wait List fee of $500.00 is required along with an application for residency. The total refundable security deposit is $1,500.00. Month-to-month rental.
